  1. Preserving residential home ownership for US citizens and residents
  2.  Ensuring our communities are owned by PEOPLE with a legitimate interest in their prosperity, rather than disinterested parties 
  3. Retain American ownership for agricultural land

We need to ENSURE OUR INSURANCE WORKS FOR US by:

  1. Requiring that 85% of ALL premiums go towards the policy holders
  2. Requiring that ALL overhead costs, profit, taxes, and other company related costs are kept BELOW 15%.
